Hello everybody and happy New Year! I hope you’ve had a lovely Christmas and some restful and peaceful days.
As you can see, I’m still alive. I skipped the November journal entry not only because I was too busy, but also because it was a dull month and I had nothing much to say about it.
So now I’m back with a meaty double entry, which also serves as a short review of the past year. 🙂
Welcome to November and welcome to my brief comeback from the online Limbo I’ve gone to. I hope you had a good October, whether you celebrated Halloween (I didn’t, I never do) or just went on with your usual routine.
My month was pretty eventful! Check today’s post to see what I’ve been up to.
Hello, dear readers. Hope you had a great start to October. 😊
Yeah, I’m still alive and kicking despite the silence. I went mute for longer than I had wanted to, but I wasn’t going to skip my journal post. It’s not just my studies and the start of the academic year that kept me away, there were other things too.
Take a look at my life pills to know what, and read more about what happened during September.
Goodbye August. You’ve been bittersweet, as always.
And hello, September! In 22 days I’ll be back to lectures and, honestly, I’m looking forward to it right now. That’s how much I hate summer, I guess. I feel that by going back to the academic routine, I will recover my energy.
So bring it on!
I have opened a new Facebook Page for Scrabbled Rambles, after deleting the old one.
I’d been annoyed and worried for a while because my old Page kept getting Likes from users who clearly have nothing to do with a page or blog of my sort, and I could not block and remove all of them.
I was close to deleting it and forgetting FB forever (I don’t use the page that much, besides for automatic posting and resharing of old posts). But then I thought I could give it one more try, just for the sake of having a presence on this platform as well. I’d rather have one or two real followers than hundreds of fake ones. So…
>>Come and follow Scrabbled Rambles on Facebook!<<
I can’t promise to be more active on there, although I have some things in mind that I could do to increase my presence there. If only I can get some genuine likes, it would be much easier! If you have any tips about this, I would appreciate it. 🙂
Meanwhile, you can follow me on Twitter (again, I don’t write much, but I often retweet), where I changed my username to @scrabblerambler. Same change happened on other social media. Find the links to my profiles on the top bar, at the bottom of the page or on the side menu.
You’re welcome to promote your social media, just leave me a comment!
